It's a wonder why I keep seeing the word "cute" in the comments. This lady is GORGEOUS, SERENELY BEAUTIFUL, ACCOMPLISHED, TALENTED, etc. Kittens and puppies are "cute."
adrienne warren deserves all praise for her role as tina. i just watched her performance and she went all out with a sprained ankle and had a brace on. i hope she gets a tony nom her voice is mind blowing in my opinion👏🏽👏🏽🎤 and i freaking adored this interview.
Poor girl, she was so nervous, she said "Nashville" instead of "Nutbush", and she sings that d*mn song six times a week. 😂 You can hear it in her voice how nervous she was. She's so cute. Nice interview.
It may have not actually been recorded on the day it airs. They frequently switch around interviews throughout the week because usually they aren't topical unless it's a news pundit. A celeb shot on Wednesday might be better for a Thursday night show and so on
This was such a delightful interview to watch. I've got a smile pasted on my face that's continuing will afterwards.. Stephen's so great too. I hope he lives a long time, and keeps doing this until he can't talk anymore (^;

She seems amazing and it really makes me feel good about the world's for some reason that she says Tina is such a sweet woman. Also, and I'm a white girl so plz forgive me if this isn't ok, but I wish more black women would embrace their natural hair. Those big, afro hair styles are so beautiful!-😍😘
@@sag5278 it doesn't take any more prep then for someone to put a relaxer on their head... Natural hair is not harder to deal with than any other type of hair. That's a total myth
@@sag5278 same here... I have 4 B&C hair ... it takes me 15 minutes tops to twist my hair at night so that it comes out like this lovely lady's hair. My wash and deep conditioning routine takes maybe an hour every week or two, and I moisturize a couple of days a week. I find it's really easy to take care of my hair because I have an excellent routine, just like everybody with any texture of hair should have. My hair is long and healthy, despite me chopping it off four times in the past 10 years. I get tired of hearing that is so hard to take care of natural hair, as if we have inherited a curse. This is not the case at all. We have others out here believing that our hair is inferior.
I tweeted to Adrienne Warren once and she responded, it was very exciting! I said 'it's like everyone else is playing at singing and Adrienne Warren is really singing'
although we are past the days of 'burn ins', i.e., tube cameras, i love what her outfit does to the digital cameras. the overall smear was wonderful! and even the way the outfit messed with the natural shadows created by the lighting was cool. and her hands almost seeming posterized when over the outfit, nice. love that some colors still, even with the most advanced technology, cannot capture the subtlety as well as our eyes. (gushing, i know, i just retired from the tv production business, 35 years, seen the whole transition from film, etc.,...her interview was nice also...;) )
