@@service-plus-connect paid 850k for my first purchase in 2019, same year bought more plots for 500k when they had promo. Right, its now 9million per plot on paper, but they always have promo 30% to 50% off, land value is really 4-4.5mil. They sent an email recently that development fee is going to be increase from 2mil to 4mil.
@@praiseGodalwayssThat is sooooo true 4-5 million is not a bad investment too you know because it’s Ibadan. You are very current lol 😂 especially with the infrastructure increase but I have the most recent update lol. It has been extended but if you want to build I would suggest you make like 100k or so to key into the current 2 million infrastructure fee you never can tell what could happen later.
@@IBK1001 oh really they extended it? even though the estate is developing with beautiful houses and the estate infrastructure is ongoing as well, but that road leading to the estate is really discouraging, reason why I no look that place again.

I’m sure they are pretty working on something I am not sure though, but you are right yes the road is discouraging. I’m actually planning to build there this year. Also don’t forget to invest in Epe oooo that place is gold maybe not now but I promise in few years. The one that I bought last year for only 1M is currently selling at 3.5. You don’t have to live there but for land Banking. I didn’t buy from Adron thou it’s a different company. You can buy from any legitimate company but make sure you to invest in Epe
thanks for showing how terrible the road leading to the estate is. I was been talked into starting to develop my plot that I bought many years ago, but I can see that it will be a waste of time
very depressing to see that ADRON cannot spend money to develop the roads leading to the estate from the main junction. They expect people to go and bury their lives in the estate and suffer depression to come out anytime they want to come into the city...absolutely a joke !
