I like how the System Sensor Low-Frequency Sounder and the Simplex 2901-9838 sound together. This is by far one of my favorite system tests.

The Simplex 2901-9838 with the 4903-9101 light plate and the System Sensor SpectrAlert Advance Low Frequency Sounder sound an octave apart which is why these devices were requested

at my local golden corral,they have the BG12 that is in this vid but is rebranded by silent knight,and the have plain old Spectr alert advances wall mounts as the alarms,all red pulls and alarms.

Hey I Have a Question for The Type of Fire alarm my School Has Cuz it Looks like the White Ones at 2:15 But when you pull The Thing Instead of a beeping Sound it Says “May I Have your Attention Please, May I Have your Attention Please, There’s has been a Emergency Reported in the Building Do not use the Elevators.”

I like the old Simplex fire alarms because my school has one.

Hello Grant, I plan on building some custom 2 zone conventional panels that actually work like an actual panel, but for a fraction of the cost. They will be board only, no enclosures. There will be 12v in terminals for systems power, aux power terminals, ZN1 and ZN2 terminals, NAC 1 (for horns) terminals, and NAC 2 (for strobes) terminals, remote reset terminals (for a key switch for example), remote alarm terminals, (to show alarm status on an LED, and remote silence terminals. It will also feature a silence button and silence light, zone normal and zone alarm lights, a reset button, a drill or test button, and AC power light. You will have to provide the 12v power supply though. I always like the MG Power ones with the screw terminals from ADI. They are over in the power department at ADI. I use those for tornado alarms (yes, I install tornado alarms, in my school). You can use anything normally open for the zones (pull stations, system sensor i3's, etc.) And in you use horn strobes, you need to use 4 wire ones, and connect the horn to NAC 1 (that is the one that cuts the power when you press silence. NAC 2 Keeps going so the strobes keep flashing until you reset) and the strobes connect to NAC 2. And I am charging only $65 each for these boards - pretty much my cost to make one. I have lots of experience in making things, with or without electronics, and it won't just be a hack, it will be very well made. And If you want more zones, I can add more zones for an extra cost. I can make the system 12v or 24v depending on how you want it. Even if you aren't interested in buying a panel, please let me know your thoughts on it! Thanks for reading! Zachary
