From the tour, it's difficult to see the relationships of the spaces to one another. Also the kitchen was highlighted but I didn't see a living space. I have a maximum 800 Sqft footprint to work with for my future ADU and am researching layouts. I don't live in CA, do you work in other areas? DO you have a top view of the layout so I can get an idea of how these spaces work together? Thanks for any more information you can offer.
Hello Andrea! On this project, the customer preferred to have 2 BR, 2 Bath and a big kitchen, which compromises the living room.
