Very informative video I absolutely 💯 loved watching it. I laughed so hard when you said " I will start with the money 💰 as that's what you guys must be more interested in knowing about 🤣. You are right ✅ people want to know about their pay first everything else comes second. It sounds like Children social work is much more difficult than the Adult social work hence more pay and more Job vacancies as people tend to move around. People who hate long drives 🚗 Children services are definitely not for them.i I really loved hearing that newly graduated children social workers get lot of support and supervision and local authorities are developing academies.
