Requested video that will probably go down like a lead balloon, but I have to try. You need to stray from your comfort zone to appreciate it more when you get back!
My advice is like the remake of Ghostbusters... no one knows why it's there, and they wonder why they wasted their life watching it!
Obviously I can only talk from my experiences, but you just never know who may stumble upon the videos at some point, and if it can help even just one person for 5 minutes, then that's 100% better than nothing at all.
