I love my version 1. The improvements shown for the Pro look great and show ADV is one of the most customer centric tennis bag companies out there. Keep up the good work! One bit of feedback, its getting more popular to carry a telescoping fence mount like the one sold by Swingvision. The V1 holds it but its tight. Sounds like the extra inch of length you added will make it perfect. Also, I have flown with mine, no issues.
Thanks for the comment and happy you flew with it. Ah yes, I don't have one, but I do this the extra inch would help. If you share the length, I can test if you'd like!
I just got a Jetpack Pro . Can’t wait to try it. I’ve also applied for your ambassador program. I look forward to hearing back from you. What an awesome product you have
I really like what you are doing with the Jetpack Pro. All the added features and colours give you a lot of options to use this bag. I am excited for March and hope the taxes and custom fees aren't too high. 👌
@@raphaelkarpeles7447 During the Kickstarter, we should be able to ship there. I can't make any promises on shipping and taxes. Sadly out of my control :(
Man, that looks great. V2 addresses all of my reservations about V1, plus more improvements that I didn't even know I wanted. I previously thought I was too emotionally tied to my racquet company's branding, but I've been recently looking to buy a new Wilson bag, and they have nothing that compares to your bag. I signed up to your launch page, and I look forward to joining the ADV tennis bag ranks.
This is great! Very well thought out - you address a lot of my frustrations with name brand tennis bags, especially clean vs dirty clothing/towel/shoe management -- I love the 2-section sweat/shoe compartment and having a separate compartment for clean clothes. Can't wait to get my hands on one of these. Can we see how it looks when the straps are attached on the other side?
Our media team is getting the studio shots together but here are some I just took with my phone. Hope it helps: drive.google.com/drive/folders/1NZxwSQ3plOiU39t1zPMh0FT6f_sftU35?usp=share_link
This looks like a great tennis bag. I got the jetpack backpack love it, although wish it was just slightly bigger by couple inches all around. This is great but missing shelves! He mentioned he considered it, but to me shelves makes a tennis/gym bag and really helps organized a huge open space. Otherwise everything just gets mixed all together and a pain to find what your looking for and messy. Please consider shelves as I am looking for that upgrade! Note, Geau sports has removable shelves you can arrange and put as many or as few as you need with simple velcro. Its a game changer.
Im seriously looking into this product, one thing I read is that from every proceeds, goes to tennis programs in Cambodia, Haiti, and Atlanta. I would love to hear more about that.
Hey there - yes of course! We donate equipment to AYTEF, a non-profit in Atlanta bringing tennis and education to underprivileged youth there. In Haiti, we donated overgrips and cash donations to offer more nutritious food to their grassroots programs. As for Cambodia, I (Lavie the founder) have Khmer parents and it was important for me to give back there. I shot a documentary about their story and participated in their Davis cup in the mid 2010's. We have donated funds to buy shoes, create kids books on tennis in Khmer and English, and sponsored promising U14 players travel to play in SE asia. Thanks for asking and please let me know if you have anymore questions. Documentary here: vimeo.com/55133236
The straps are a great fix but you absolutely needed to make it longer. Biggest part of my buyers remorse with spending $250+ on the first version! Actually went back to my older bag due to my grips sticking out in the elements. For us that took the risk of buying the first version, we should get a big discount if we take the risk of spending that much money on the Pro V2 jet pack. I mean, it’s a TENNIS BAG and it couldn’t even zip all the way up to secure the racquets. Crazy. Happy you fixed that but think it would be respectable for rewarding your believers who spent so much money on V1. Your thoughts?
Thanks, Seth. For sure, I want to make it right and sorry about that. In our testing it worked for most rackets, but had issue larger lengths and head sizes. The handles need to stagger a bit to allow it to fit. We tried really hard to keep it sleek. Do you mind sending me a direct message via the chat on our website?
Really attractive and well thought design of the bag! It's obvious that you considered a lot of time to make it as functional as possible. I saw in another YT Tennis channel that's showcasing the V2 Jetpack a comment that the side racket pockets are a bit tight for two rackets - not length wise like the v1 issue with extended frames, but width wise. Is this going to be addressed for the bags that ship from the kickstarter campaign?
@@vincentlee59 Hey there, thanks for the comment. I've been able to put it for flights that I have been on but I can't guarantee they will work for all flights.
Hello from Germany, i really would like to have one of those Bags, but 360 € and 6 month delivery via amazon is just way off. 225€ would be fine, what is still nearly double the price of a wilson, babolat or head bag, but i think thats worth. But 360 is sadly not accetable. Despite of that: Great work on your product
Thanks for the question! Depends on the size the plane. I've placed it sideways and front front. The shape is conducive for front entry on larger planes.
Hey Matthew! We are going to do a launch on Kickstarter in March. Please signup here for more details and early access. Thanks!! www.advtennis.pro/pages/coming-soon-jet-pack-backpack
So...yes! We are going to introduce a long asked for color variation - Midnight, which is a new deep black exterior with black accents/logos and a silver interior. What colors were you hoping for?
