For adding jogline, upon specifying where I want to put the jog but the jog is always placed on the endpoint (starting point) of the dimension line. I cannot put it on the specific point I choose. So I manually drag the jog to where I want it. Can you guys help me with this? Is the a specific setting I should be using? A reference I should turn ON/OFF? Or is there something I did not do right? I followed what is on this video and Google is not helping me with this problem. I am using AutoCAD 2018.
