Yes dear without binay bits bhi program design kar sakte hn, but it will become lengthy, Most imp. Agar hum binary bits ka use karte hn to hum physical wiring mai kch bhi use nahi karna hota binary bits ke liye. B/c binay bits are memory bits.

Sir ismey 2 motors can run a time bol raha h agar aap 1 aur 2 ko start krtey h toh 3 bhi press krne pe chal jaraha h aur jab aap 1 aur 3 ko start krtey h toh no.2 motor bhi chal jaraha h koi ek off state mey hona chahiye na according question
