Can you launch an Advance Pi3 16m in zero wind with a snowy take-off? Yes.
This is one of my favorite hike and flys that it's possible to do after work. Its about 450m climb. I was not expecting so much snow at the take off but it worked.
The landing shown here is not good, and I am not proud of it. I could have injured myself and/or hit the car. It was the first time I ever landed on a hard paved surface. I was a bit scared and you can see that I brake asymmetrically while flaring which caused the wing to turn towards the right.
