This is an advanced meditation practice to reach the highest levels of deep presence, being pure awareness. In this state no suffering is possible, emotional or mental, it simply stops as you step out and step into your true essence. This state of awareness, for me personally, feels so sweet, almost addictive, as it simply feels so good. The mind chatter stops, there is no going back and forward with the mind, the body becomes fully relaxed, almost vacant, it's a profound state. Practice it, perfect it and enjoy it, this is the true freedom.
