Why didn't you can cancel the end recovery frames with her e on the n5 the cooldown on the press version lasts just long enough to allow you to cancel into it
How about e Q E (N5 e) for her burst damage? She gains 1 grimheart stack and the skill cooldown resets after using her burst, so you could squeeze in an extra hit there with extra damage.

If your phone can squeeze out the 30 fps, you'll also be able to do more actions within every second. ok, I'm wondering... shouldn't holded E be executed with 2 stacks of e? When doing e Q ... E where is 2nd e for 2nd grim stack? I know Q resets cd on e, usually doing e Q e N4.... E. Am I missing something?

Wait so would doing hold E at the beginning do more damage because phys shred would be active on everything during or more important to get an extra stack during q for the most dps
phy and cryo shred from her hold e has a 7 sec duration and her burst has 7 sec window before exploding. if you hold e at the beginning before activating her burst then the shred would expire right before her burst explode.
i would like a practicle show case in Abyss or so. Not farming for the perfect run with just one enemy but how to play against groups and encounters like in the abyss. Else i liked the Video so thank you :-)
I'm pretty sure chunyun is her best friend bc you will want to stack to deal dmg not kill them and waste ults and you'll build her physical this works PERFECTLY

is dragonstrike different to footstooling? i know there was a similar technique that utilised the idle animation in between normal attacks, but that was patched recently i’m pretty sure. i thought footstooling was also patched too, turns out it’s not
I'd rather have a practical guide on how to use her instead of a how to get a super duper Q damage for the next video! something that mitigates her caveats, e.g. What to do against opponents dodging Q (early swap), what to do when stacking but HP is getting low, what to do against enemies I can't stagger (seems to be a lot compared to other Claymores or is it just me?)

It shouldn't, since you only have time for a single elemental skill use once you use your burst (and it should be an E with 2 charges, for the proc and debuff). Her ascension talents meanwhile say that you want an e prior to activating the burst to make sure you have 2 charges, and that, even if an E was preferable before you hit Q, it would be reset anyway. It just hurts the rest of the time if you keep her on the field. With her C2, she can maintain a higher uptime on her debuff and her phys DMG buff, as well as make better use of the new artifact set. she can also use her e right after the sword drops, so Eula herself can generate more energy, meaning less reliance on the rest of the team and ER rating. The E also generates more energy than the e, so that's still a greater energy gap. And when facing multiple mobs, it's handy to be able to apply the debuff more frequently, due to mobs often being spread out. But that all mostly only applies if you want to keep Eula on the field as much as possible.
@@Axterix13 I've been using e Q E then N4 and another e+N4 since I have C2 actually. Idk if that's actually better tho since the E seems to not cancel with the Ult very well
you actually can't do DS at all without buffed movement speed. Just try to do it in abyss, where the floor is completely flat. All the videos I've seen, they always needed a speed buff to do it. Even if you could do it without speed buff, as IWTL said, can't get it done consistently without speed buff. And even with speed buff, it's a hard tech to master anyway. Eula can also get more attack speed from Chongyun field. I dunno if it was C2 or some ascension, but yeah. I think it can also lower cooldown of skills and Q. Might be worth looking into, even if all her attacks get converted to cryo except for the lightfall swords.
This is a very good video but as for me "random bullshit go!". Assuming I have Eula in the first place :'). I got zhongli at 40th pull, 5 hour before Eula banner up but no regret. hes strong as fk and using HP% sand only already deals 50k dmg at talent lvl 4.

You can save a little bit of time from Q animation by using any movement key (W/A/S/D) just after the burst and have an extra stack. But it is not easy but with practice it is practical.
I need to find the video, but someone broke down her Q animation and combos, frame by frame. Apparently the timer doesn't start and stacks won't apply until after the sword is fully visible. Unless cancelling the animation instantly pops the sword. Haven't done it enough to notice.
I tend to dash cancel out of the first basic attack that has 2 hits, after my ult. I can get two strings and an E in, Usually getting my lightfall sword drop DMG anywhere between 160k and 230k. And that's without food buffs. Obviously I run Diona and fischl, or diona and beidou to superconduct and shred resistances before going in with the Eula burst/nuke dmg.
It's not as bad as people seem to think. I use a E Q e N5 E ult rotation and it does great. You have to remember you are gaining damage back on the skill usage over the normals people are using for ult stacks. And energy regen as well. If you just focus on the individual damage of the Ult, you are only seeing half of the picture in terms of the damage window.
@@KlaredK Just start slow and time your attacks. When you're about to do a certain attack, just dash and it'll cancel whatever normal attack you were doing. It can reduce time between your normal attacks.
What a phenomenal guide. Not only was this incredibly easy to listen to, it was also easy to digest & learn about her kit. The editing process was def not a walk in the park with such meticulous detail added in. I don’t own eula nor do I play her & my community requested a video about her damage on paper so I needed to gather proper reliable info to do the math. Needless to say this video provided me with all I needed to know 👌🏽 from a Genshin content creator to another, hats off to you my brother.

I feel like it's an unfair resolution for the fights against Cryo Regisvine since it has a high Cryo resistance. Her E and e procs were dealing half of the damage it dealt to Pyro Regisvine.
Hey you probably won’t see this but I just wanted to confirm you can achieve 15 stacks with a minimum of 33% Attack Speed increase, albeit inconsistently and with great difficulty (R3 SoBP + Jean C2)
I hate playing co-op with Eula and someone using Chongyun. His skill kills all of Eula's physical damage by turning it into cryo instead. You might get more stacks for Eula's burst and get a good screenshot of the number, but real-world I bet it would make things worse to try to use Chongyun to buff Eula.
@@iynque it depends. Most of Eula’s damage doesn’t come from her normal attacks. Chongyun granting consistent burst uptime, cryo resonance, and more attack speed are in my opinion more valuable than stronger normals. The difference between 12-13 hits was an increase of 14k damage with just one extra hit, where chongyun might only reduce her normal attack by roughly 1-2k per normal (maybe 8 normals between burst windows? = 16k?) so if Chongyun’s attack speed can grant just 2 extra hits, it’s worth it imo.
S'like I just learned combo notation for a brand new fighting game. I love it! The reasoning behind each combo is really interesting, & how satisfying the execution feels when doing one of the DS combos solidifies my view that she is not only the coolest, but also the most fun character to play. Eula has the highest mechanical fun in the game atm and I don't think we will get another character as fun as eula anytime soon 😂. The amount of skill required by eula is soo fun to maximize , love her kit.
@kid kid Yeah I'm glad I chose her over Zhongli too and I have her almost completed already. I can destroy any abyss floor section with her team but I'm still struggling to 36 star the abyss because my other team doesn't have Zhongli and I have almost every character in the game at good levels and weapons. I'm sure I have more than enough to do it but I must suck.
The second non burst combo was the only one against cryo regisvine, he takes about 50% less cryo damage. Taking into account, that you missed about 14k damage because of the cryo resistance, you could have saved 1-2 normal attacks, which would have been faster than the first combo and about as fast as the third.

What do you think about this combo: e N4 e N4 E *q* e N4 E N4 You stack up Grimheart -> hold *E* -> then reset the *E* CD with *Q*-Burst and gain one stack of Grimheart -> use *e* immediately, because of reset CD -> stack of with Normal attacks -> hold *E* cause you got 2 stacks Grimheart -> Attack till Burst exploded Needs a bit of setup, but so far I think it's the most solid combo.
It's probably better to do Hold E right after Q so that the CD starts while you do your normals for stacks. You also get the resist shred earlier so even if you get 1 less stack you pretty much make the damage back from higher damage normals.
What about e-Q-E-N3D-N3D-N2 stacking combo? I see people doing this in abyss and it seems like providing 14 stacks plus RES shred for all Normal attacks. It is also better when you have C1 Eula. I'm not sure if the string has "stacking" issue after HoldE and if the last N2 would fit with delay after HoldE, but in the worst case it will grand 13 stacks.
There may be a same problem with the grimheart proc after E overlapping with the first N. If you decide to wait a bit, it will still get lower stack from the theoretical combo sequence. Haven't tested it though
Nice ! Now I'm curious in a real full rotation in combat, when to actually press hold E, if it's better before or after ult, with and without pale flame set, etc. Still many things to cover for Eula !

and doing that should be situational as her E could stagger her opponents which will separate them away such as the abyss lectors. It's good if you intend to gather them in 1 spot
I asked this question somewhere before and they said that the transition is a lot smoother and is frame-perfect if you do [e-Q-N4-E-delay-N4] than doing [e-Q-E-delay-N4-D-N4].
For the burst combo, the animation time of Q eats up the CD duration. Isn't it better to do e Q E N4 D N4, so you do more damage with your N4s. The res decrease duration is the same time as her ultimate so it should be active during the lightfall explosion.
I always strive to finish off enemies with the 4th sequence (or N4, as you call it) of her basic attack, the one where she twirls and turns her back on the enemy in front 🤣
