Not gonna happen unless they change how valuable gunstrikes are or massively decrease sponginess. I mean the assault has a perk that gives armor on every gunstrike not just execution. Many classes have perks that promote parry and dodging.
@@emilvennerberg4927 yeah I like that perfect dodge gives gunstrike versus sometimes parry requires multiple parrys but the parry window is much more forgiving and can parry multiple enemies at once.
@@Mr_Big_Head dodging is generaly safer as well tho and most weapons that have block only tend to have higher stats. Its a way to decide how you wanna specialize.
The only class I see this being useful for… is assault. The attacks. Are. So. Slow. Some block weapons have better attack speed. And they have perks for gun strike + they’re easier (larger window). That said - assaults in a bad place. And block weapons are in a bad place. A perfect parry is more than gun strike. It stops the onslaught.
My absolute favorite is the Ruthless Melta Heavy Phonk Walk. (which sounds like a poorly translated anime attack) You should try it on a stream if you havn't already, its so much fun. Heavy melee attack throughout the whole level, occasionally using the melta to clear warriors/boss. If they ever allow 3 of the same class...this would be hilarious fun.
so ive finally gotten around to trying the operations and honestly its...underwhelming, its really cool the first few games playing as your favorite Chapter but man enemies are spongy in this game and stims giving less hp at higher diffs is just a crazy decision
Laziest difficulty slider they could do. I’ve heard the game engine can’t handle a lot of enemies at once. If that’s true then the game has essentially topped out in operation and campaign mode difficulty class. They have little leeway. I like how Darktide handles difficulty.
I'm a 56 year old player and have a lvl 25 sniper but have done everything with bots. I need a group to get my rifle to relic I'm stuck and can't do ruthless solo.
I'll be playing 17 hours from the time of this comment. Me and my friend are power leveling on operation 2 ruthless we have about 50 clears he helped me level tactical upto 25 now I'm working on sniper. We won't be talking or anything but you can join to get some armoury datas if you want. 👌
@@anamshah4421 sorry not true not claiming to be the best player ever but I solo it a lot on ruthless have soloed it with the bulwark, vanguard and sniper the only one I cant with is the assault the class is just trash compared to the others...
it might not sound appealing but speedrunning the first op on ruthless isnt hard, just have to survive the end horde and if you have a fencing melee it makes it alot easier
So to enjoy max dif we must have fully upgraded but to have fully upgraded we must do max dif good gamedesign for nolifers or ytubers what about people who have only 1-2 hours max to play every day ....or people who can play only 1-2 days a week for few hours ... this game feels like deathwing without apothecary .... same paper marines
Only thing i disagree from my experience is: Not saving up certein abilitys. As Sniper it was sometimes the only reason my squad of Randys and me survived, because i saved up the stealth ability just for that moment where all except for me where down and i picked them all up again so we continue the fight and take vengeance on them for that. So while maybe Iron Halo and other things like that should surely be used, stealth is for my mostly reserved to pick down squad mates up or escape narrow situations.
heavy does not get HP back from the loadout pod for everybody, I have a couple friends who get, half a dozen of other friends including myself who do not... bulwark seems to work for everybody... yeah, diff1 is fine, after doing a bit of lvl'ing diff2 is fun, diff3 tho is brutal and takes so long to grind to be able to clear it consistently that feels kinda dumb and broken... much cuz diff3 enemies clip through each other, they can shoot through each other, they also attack taking turns on sequence if there enough of them they will stunlock player until next year, there's also dome desync issue going on, w/ enemies shooting through cover, or invisible bullets chipping away both shield and health, also some insta-death situation that are hard to understand, going from 2 bars HP and 2 bars shield to instantly downed/dead... also game arbitrarily decides to not give the gun-strike prompt, even tho the enemy does the animation, game also arbitrarily forgets about the i-frames... also sometimes melee attacks do go through enemies somehow, it blows my mind... I haven't touched diff4, and most times the described issues above are in diff3, tho occasionally in diff2 when game decides to go haywire for some reason...
Yeah, I've noticed the weird interactions that feel like bugs too. The ammo regeneration perks for me work weird as well and seem to recover more ammo than intended? Also complaints on enemies stun locking you and being expert marksmen who can shoot through each others' models is 100% bs since we can't do the same. That alone would really help the higher difficulties. I hate the parries that don't give gun-strike too cause you really need to be quick on the draw to effectively get those off and the action is doable before the indicator shows, just barely. I wonder if it's a sort of stagger bar stat enemies have that grows with difficulty but I don't like that idea as a game design. On the plus side, the jump from 3 to 4 didn't feel as bad as the jump from 2 to 3. The video touched on it but it feels like a crap shoot sometimes with how many enemies the AI director spawns. One time it just said nope and threw a wave of warriors, 2 of the flying extremius that can shoot through walls, and a carnifax at us and we had a bot. Never had a chance to shoot with that much crap both in your face and shooting you constantly.
The stun lock I have encountered as well just gotta take those shots I guess 😢. Haven’t encountered the insta downs or the some of the desync yet inn diff3 and below. Barely bout to go grind diff4 haven’t done them enough to know if something is wrong yet. Have had instances where the snipers will alternate their shots as well and hit you mid dodge not that fun either.
Bro, I'm already so tired of the grind in this game. Like, I don't WANT to spend all my time playing the same mission over and over just because enemies are bullet sponges and the weapons are only good at max. The devs need to rollback making things so unkillable and consider other difficulty increasing levers like the cancelled friendly fire damage ASAP.
I have been really struggling with figuring out the flow, I miss how in SM 1 you could recover health by executions whereas you can only now (to my knowledge and looking) recover the armour bars meaning while learning and trying to understand you're always low on health
Somersault Marine is super annoying. Armor needs to be better, and you should regen health on Finishers like SM1. When even the hardcore sweaty players have to rely on cheese mechanics like somersaulting and penetrating multi-kills to regen health, you know you've been sold a mid game. Don't get my wrong, I like the game and hope it gets a shload of more content. But it's just crazy we live in an era of such terrible games that we're raving about this one with only 6 missions.
"together" is the #1 problem with space marine 2. i dont want coop. i want solo play with bots. unfortunately i found out that there is no solo play other than the campaign after it was too late to get a refund.
I dont understand. If you want to be always overpowered to fullfil your powerfantasy just play on first difficulty. Higher difficulties should be challenging. Playing lvl 25 maxed on 4th becomes too ez. You can play lvl 25 on EZ and feel like a GOD.
This game has too many “tips and tricks,” necessary to win, progress and be successful. Playing a game should be intuitive. This game is not intuitive. This game is poorly designed.

overrated game to be honest. after mid game to boring, no a hater tho i liked the campagn too goodddddddddddd. but the pvp with all the hackers, and the pve the level upp trash, the screen loadouts, the servers crashing almost all the time, you just fell like they di not finish this modes. i mean 100 dollars brothers i pay, you expect a good puslish game rigth ? i have almost 100 hopurs now and i can tell why this game was to hype, big fanbase, but damn nobody talk about this like they just ssaying this best game of the year omggggg yeahhhhh. man stf you havent even play the game yet. i really like to kill for the emperor tho but this time not to the dead just until i feel those 100 dollars every penny i have to use. maybe i am wrong but brothers when you want to play and takes 15 to 20 minutes to play and then somebody left leaving you alone with a bot in hardesty mode, or the one shots you get in pvp. the screen loadout, the elevators, the same missions all the time. i have all max now and it cost me to much to be honest XD but like i say i have to playu every penny i wish i saw a honest review on youtube about this but the only think i see is good good just buy. man people really think paying 100 dollars is good when you get like 50% at the game pulish, the campagn to good i liked to much to be honest i did it in hardes too just for the fun, maybe they just had the time for that bc pve and pvp is the most trash i ever see, maybe i get hate but i am being so honest here. sorry my eng i tried my best

Why do most of these New-games find Matchmaking so difficult, It’s Simple Really, just implement the same matchmaking as the Division 2. Easy , select a difficulty then press Matchmaking and just play, or go to the mission and press Matchmaking. ffs not Rocket Science.
