A quick note and apology. There is a typo in the video. I wrote 'upmost' and, as some of you have pointed out, it should be 'utmost'. When speaking fast, they can have the same pronunciation. In my opinion these are extremely difficult to remember at the time of doing the speaking test. I would prefer to sound more natural and to do not confuse myself with these words. Hopefully I can get a high band.
My life problems are exacerbated, and I can't mitigate them, my barriers are unsurmountable, and I am going to take IELTS exams that is an uphill struggle for me at this moment and I am apprehensive about it, recently I became jobless and I feel really disgruntled, however I am bewildered but I will do my upmost, because i am not inept at it.
