New words are being added to the English language each and every day. Let's have a look at some new vocabulary - mostly considered slang - that has entered the dictionary in 2024.
These words and phrase were added to Dictionary.com, and I tried to choose vocabulary that I think is relevant and may become more widely used in the future.

None of these words are familier to me, even 'shacket', but I love this series on your channel that introduces words and phrases newly added to the dictionary. I always come across some of the vocabrary I've learned here somewhere at some point, which is really exciting!!

Hi Wes! Thank u for sharing these wonderful words. I found greedflation, Barbiecore and range anxiety especially handy. You know, I drive an ordinary combustion Mazda, but I sometimes have range anxiety, because my husband tends to put off tanking😂😂

I think it's a fun resource. Just keep in mind that it's very informal. Depending on who you're speaking with, people may or may not be familiar with some of the vocabulary. 🤗

Sorry for critisazed it a really interesting lesson? but i think it practicly imposible to gess thought i did it ones The reason is, English is changing very fast and complitly in changes every 50 years it means that it imposible to know if you are not only live it this country but use sleng of each young generation that change every year and complitly every 5 years For me its lake film Whats women wonts cos its imposible to gess direcly even if you know the routh of the word or the last cultural event as i barbiecore
