ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) - It was just last month that the Abilene Police Department made an arrest on a case that remained cold for 41 years. Thanks to advancements in DNA technology, Billye Brown was arrested in connection to a 1982 double homicide case of the death of Susanna Flores Brown and her eight-year-old daughter.
