I make these matchboxes a lot, what i do is just wrap it around the box, making creases on the corners, take box out, burnish where creases are. then glue ends together. much easier than doing all measurements and it will definitely fit each box as it is made to fit, that way to you can make the wrap as loose or snug as you want. :-)
