Very good, but I would enjoy it more if at the start you would mention, along with title, the credits - who did the art, etc.

Doesn’t Ultra Boy also have the same powers as Superboy?

At this point he only has his penetra-vision. Later, we would find out he basically had all of Superboy's power but can only devote his ultra power to one power at a time. So, for example, if he had invulnerability, he wouldn't have any of his other powers. My impression is that he could swap powers so rapidly that he essentially seemed to have all the powers at once hence why he is considered one of the big three along with Superboy and Mon-El.
