It's crazy how these small amusement parks have longer opening hours to the major theme parks in the UK

I'm looking for something to do with my two grandchildren. Thanks for documenting all the rides, something there for both my grandkids . Really appreciate you both doing the small rides as one of my grandchildren is young. You just sold four tickets to the park. Again, thanks for posting this video and documenting ALL the rides, and not just the big rides. Great post cheers

Adventure Island in Southend is a very solid place to go to

I assume the spoons you mentioned was "The Last Post". Whenever it was a boring/quiet night out in Southend we would say we are going to "The Last Resort".

ADVENTURE ISLAND WOOOOOO

The Archelon Wave Swinger is Awesome and it's also themed around a turtle

I used to visit here in the '80s when it was called Peter Pan's Playground and only occupied the western side of the pier. Hopefully one day they'll get an airtime coaster like a woodie, Gerstlauer bobsled or Mack mega-lite. Even better than Adventure Island was Never Never Land, which was across the road. It was like a mini Blackgang Chine with illuminated castles and walk-through fairytale scenes.

Green SCREAM is Cool and it is the ride you sort look above you and go Oh Look at That I would love to go on that ride!

Hello Shawn and Charlotte, I am planning a trip here in February and I am was just wondering about the camera policy because on their website it says that all on ride filming is prohibited although you managed to get on ride POVs. Did you get special permission from the park to film on ride or is the website outdated? Thank you, love the videos!

i remember this park, i spent alot of time there when it was Peter Pans Playground ( born & raised in Southed, but now live in NZ. as from 1975 that vlog brought back so many memories xxx thank you both, looking forwards tusa trip ,,,,,, dont forget the travel vlogs please love you both xxx

Barnstormers Is a great ride for kids who are looking for a rollercoaster ride to get on

I was just on Facebook and I saw some images of the workers sorting out the new 38 metre drop tower and I am so excited!

The Crooked House is a very Weird Fun house attraction and similar to the one at Blackgang Chine when you went in 2018 and you saw the woman and went Ooh Hello 😂

This Kiddie Coaster is Good but I like the Troublesome Truck's Runaway Coaster At Drayton Manor better

Love to know what you both do in the winter lol , I don't need to know personal stuff , however you must have a break and take in indoor shows , whatever keep smiling be dry , warm and safe and happy cheers both x

Shawn and Charlotte, I noticed that the ride attendants seem to be having as much fun as the riders. they aren't just zombies, standing expressionlessly . I remember in spookvill it used to stop outside some air gates and you’d thought the ride was finished and the lights would go out

Still miss belezee bob trail... it wasnt scary, even when i was a kid but i loved it. It was a favourite for me at adventure island. Just the vibrant colours whilst still being spooky and the soundtrack... was so saddened to see it go :(

Is it true that saw at Thorpe park has closed down if it is so you know when it will be back in operation

Adventure Island, in my opinion, has the best staff in the uk - they all go out of there way to make sure you have a great time - yes it doesn't have the best rides but when staff make you feel great on a consistent basis that goes a long way 😀

Nice vlog & video, interesting you kept mentioning the new drop tower as at the beginning of the year, both myself and my friend visited Adventure Island and asked about that to Customer Service and they denied it, in fact didn't know what we were on about, so unless they were down playing it as they knew to tease or they generally didn't know, I'm not sure what's true and what's false information, as they informed us that it was rumours. So can you confirm whether this is 100% fact or is it a tease, not true? Nice park this, has so much potential for future, could see like Dreamland a new massive indoor section being built in future with most of current rides, attractions and coasters relocated inside, surrounded by theming while leaving space for bigger and new additions in future, would love to see Rage, Green Scream aswell flat rides get there own themed areas aswell coasters and maybe aswell restaurants in park get an land where it forms a village? Think it would be epic for a big massive indoor area with multiple themes inside for all year entry & really benefit this park. Creating more space for potential new & permanent attractions a.k.a coasters while keeping classics protected by weather, decay and future generations entertained for years to come. Have more to say, but will keep that to vlogs I release in future as would be a page document time I'm done, but nice vlog, enjoyed and look forward to more vlogs from channel in future. Rage is good but like I said on your video from Thorpe park when I was talking about Saw the ride Speed no Limits at Oakwood is better

Why can these smaller theme parks can open till late yet those parks like drayton manor and alton towers cant,would it not give everyone a better chance to get on a ride as sometimes you wait 60 mins but if you had longer openings it wouldn't matter.

fun fact: in 2010 people on Green Scream broke a world record for the most naked riders of a rollercoaster. beating Alton Tower's 32 with over 100. I can never sit on those seat and not think of that!

Whst a wonderful fair, love the coasters, some of them are family friendly, which i prefer now, my blackpool revolution days are gone hsha, i love thst skateboarder theme, with thst model built on it genius, great shawn and charlotte

I was there back in July, there's quite a difference between the two big wheels in there, I always love it in there, on adventurevile on the 2nd lap, I go bananas when the let's party bit happens. 5:53

i remember rage being my first ever ride to get over my fear of rollercoasters , plus i still prefer over the hill to spooksville
