Off we go up into the heavens and star strewn skies, in aircraft and spacecraft. From the humble biplane, to the thoroughbred jet fighter and space ship. Or even just in our minds eye. The stick or control yoke in our right hand, throttle in our left. Clad in fight gear we yearn for the unknown above us. Sometimes it is just best enough to dream, dreams of the world and adventure of tomorrow. Who will be tomorrow’s heroes? We know not but the adventure always begins not when one climbs into the cockpit but when decides to pick up a flight suit, helmet and book. Thanks Jessie for the wonderment of music, chocks away!

Glad you enjoyed it! :)) I think the “mini series” concept is a cool interpretation! I used to create an album based on one single main melody with tons of variations and added melodies - which reminds me the similar thing to this current track here!

Wow what a journey! Full of amazingly lovely chord progressions and melodies! The beginning is perfect, and goes perfectly with the image in the video as well. The drum+bass+piano on the tonic at 0:22 is so simple but so effective in creating anticipation. The slight diminuendo and the rolling harp around 0:47 is also so nicely made! The "ooo"s around 1:17 are so sweet and adds a lot of life. Did you find someone to sing that for you or is it sequenced? The part after 1:30 is a nice breather and is so lovely with the very soft violins/violas (almost a bit sul pont!) and the windy sounds. Very impressive use of expression curves to create very a authentic and emotional sounding string section. I love the way the piano around 2:20 is LP filtered and how it is then backed up by staccato strings and.. flutes? oboes? something like that. The following horn melody and string arpeggio and runs accompaniment is also so impressively sequenced! Amazing! The only thing I would perhaps suggest is to not be so careful with the reverb! I think you could get away with adding more reverb overall, but especially to the horns playing the melody around 2:37. Overall an absolutely amazing track. I'm glad I subscribed!
