#AdventureTime I was forced to cut some scenes from Finn and Me-Mow fight 'cause of copyright I do not own anything in this video except the editing All rights go to Cartoon Network Enjoy!
@@WanderersEcho Finn's logic was just ridiculous. "My brother who I love and know very well is acting like a crazy person all of a sudden, which is severely out of character for him. He has shown multiple times that something is amiss and has asked me politely to go along with plans that are obviously being performed against his will. The verdict? Fuck with him and stubbornly go against anything and everything he does or says. It's not like he's my brother or anything or that I trust him very much."
I like how fin desrtroyed the hero and villain logic where the villain says "this prison won't hold me" instead of the hero saying something cool, he puts him in an even more secure prison
They really said "Hey we forgot about this character, Me-Mow." Then answered it with "Eh just throw their skull in a nest of ravanous bird chicks, that'll fix it."
Imagine having your OC, and one you made as a child no less, being incorporated into several episodes of the show you love like that shit is WILD I know this isn't the first media that's done this but it's still just insane every time I see it
I think it's very sweet that they were able to integrate a character made by a fan into the show like that. I feel like all TV shows should try something like this if they ever get the chance.
Kinda cool how they added her skull in the nest, bringing a conclusion to her story. Reminds me of dark souls when you keep encountering a particular NPC until one day you stumble upon their remains or corpse.
I absolutely love how the entire plot of Me-mows first episode could have been avoided if Jake just… remembered he has powers. Classic adventure time lmao
@@kingjb554 tools are useless if not handled by a user. The user makes the tools and uses them, so the credit should go to the one holding and using the tool, not the tool itself
They even used their drawing for the episode title intro. Good times. Even remember the commercial for it. The creators of AT were really in tune with their fans.
I remember seeing the drawing of Me-Mow on the TV screen. So sweet how they took a little kids drawing and incorporated it into the show. Warms my heart.
Jake has such an overpowered power that it’s just surprising how many problems could be solved by him just using it right. But hey, that’s what happens when you give them a versatile power. Only convenient when it suits the story
@@IloveJellow we don't even know if it's even canon. Me mow's skull shows up in the nest of a bird in Finn's hallucination. It was only a hallucination from the weird spider thing in the dead world so it's probably just there to tease or something. Who knows when me mow died? Maybe they died before Jake died or died wayyy after Finn died or died somewhere in between.
@@chaddusmaximus643 Jake literally told him what was happening, Finn somehow didn't understand, and then when Jake told him to be quiet he kept yelling.
Yeah I was upset they didn't use her afterwards and just abandoned them after hinting they would make another appearance instead of just some cameo for a random episode.
@@grunge-616 I'm not really talking about deep lore, but just more episodes with them. maybe an episode where finn and flambo go do fun stuff in the fire kingdom, or something like that.
That also says a lot about Mow, he could've used his stealth melee skill to poison his way out of that mission, but he had to overcomplicate the whole thing with elaborate plans.
@@grunge-616 Well, judging by all the hate comments you’ve sprinkled across this video, I can tell very well that you are just saying this for attention. So, I can validate Gamercat’s claim that you, my good sir, are not funny.
I mean B-MO also feels pain from being bitten even if he’s completely immune to any infections and venom Even if I was completely immune to every form of toxin I still wouldn’t want to be bit by a snake even once
It was just fins hallucination from a monster he was facing before he died even though she is probably dead like everyone else in together again that part was just a mind trick she probably didn't actually get merked by a bird
You know those Jojo episodes where one character is alone and attacked by a stand, and everyone else seems to have temporarily lost 100 IQ points? Yeah, that is this episode in a nutshell.
tbh this episode plays out a lot like a Jojo episode lol everyone compares Me-Mow to Killer Queen, but Jake realizing he can use his powers to multiply the size of his liver by 51 and thus overcome the poison is totally a Jojo solution
I love how he chose exactly 1 size over to counter the poison too lmao not even a couple sizes to make sure he'd be safe but just 1 size to be a smartass
The first episode featuring Me-Mow stuck with me. I remember I really liked them, from how substantial of a villain they seemed to how they looked. I wish they'd stayed tiny though. They could've been a cool one-episode character and maybe became an easter egg, like the snail, possibly depicting them creeping around in a handful of episodes leading up to a second episode conclusion for the character. Sadly this show has _one_ issue in my opinion, and it's how they treat main characters vs side characters. The second they decide to flesh out a side character, they immediately jump to telling us nearly everything about the character and entangle them into the major overarching lore, seemingly wanting the viewers to be able to have the persective of _every_ character and only keeping secrets about them because it will keep people watching (for example, barely addressing PB and Marceline's relationship despite dumping PBs life story on us the second they decided she should be more than "unobtainable love interest character.") Not _every_ character that has effect on lore needs to be a main character, and I don't think they realize that.
I'm pretty sure most people don't care for me-mow but she's legit one of my favorite characters in the entire show she's funny as hell and even a really good fighter wish we got an episode dedicated to her and the whole assassin's guild thing
It's funny that Me-Mow was even mentioned in the Distant Lands Episode. She's so unknown that I didn't even remember her until this video lol. Nice nostalgic memories coming back. Edit: Yeah. I just realized it was a Female. Sorry if I triggered some randoms.
I think its a representation of all the people finn knows that died already, and the bird taking them there means that they are soon to follow. Jake is nonchalant since he is already dead
Everyone's question: How did Me-Mow grow big? She was a little cat in the size of a bean previously, but now she's like almost older than Finn. Finn is like eleven or twelve or even higher at the end of the show, and Me-Mow is like fifteen-seventeen or higher. Edit: 973 likes!!???? No way!! I've never had this much of likes before! Thanks everyone!
Real ones remember that this was literally a fan submitted character design. I remember the competition back when I had no idea how much adventure time would come to mean to me, or what it would become And not even being able to imagine a world where something I drew was within the shower, but I do remember the contest
I vividly remember the day I found out a fan made this character as a kid and I asked "How did they come up with that?" I thought it was the craziest thing.
