The Madang Town Church Adventure Club visited the Kakoba canopy crane with excitement as a surprise visit for the kids. The Adventurer Club is a club for children between the ages of 3 - 10 years old that meet on selected Saturdays from 2:30pm to 4:30pm. The club consist of four different groups, Busy Bees, Sun Beams, Builders and Helping Hand, after all their book works and Sabbath School. They get to have a break and a surprise trip. They chose to visit the crane during their surprise trip which they get the chance to learn the importance of the crane use in the study of the forest, and the interaction between the insects and plants. They also had a good close up view of the tree tops with the crane lift to the forest canopy. This trip is a thing to motivate or encourage these tiny beings to be faithfully attend lessons and Sabbath classes in building their spiritual well-being and also a gain in the importance of the environment at an early age.
