Carrie Fisher once said it’s the best feeling in the world when you manage to make Harrison Ford laugh. She’s a hilarious woman and she didn’t manage it all that often apparently.
Someone needs to start a petition. Get Alison Hammond her own show. We should do it quick to before America or Australia snaps her up. She is brilliant.
I love that she still lives in Birmingham. Hopefully the States won't take her to the dark side, we need to show her more appreciation and give her her own interview show though!

Allison has honestly beat the system. Even though her interviews aren't very substantial, she still knows how to make the celebs, the audience, and herself have a great time in such a captivating manner that it keeps her from getting fired.
Alison is Pure Joy. Some days are tough for me, but for a few minutes when Alison appears I can laugh or smile with her, so funny, so humble- just pure gold
I think alison hammond is amazing lady she's goes into a interview with the intention of making her guest smile and no she doesn't need to loose weight if everyone is healthy at the weight they are then move on we are all unique and beautiful in our way if so many would stop stereotypes everybody would appreciate that's being u is enough people we are here for a short time not a long time live life the way u want not what people expect

I remember watching Alison in Big Brother - she was warm and hilarious back then, and it’s lovely that she’s come so far, still with her big personality and great sense of humour. She’s a gem and it’s difficult not to smile when she appears on the tv. Thank you to Allison for bringing some fun and sunshine onto our screens! 😊❤️☀️

Alison Hammond, that’s my gal! As well as being really funny, that woman has a big heart too! She’s as opposite to that Trump, as the Almighty God is to the Devil! She’s genuine and wears her heart on her sleeve and honestly, I really don’t understand why ITV hasn’t given her her own show. However, most importantly, as a person of colour myself and very proud of my British-Mauritian heritage, Ms Hammond shows how the colour of your skin isn’t more important then being human first and having humanities towards your fellow humans without any prejudices. I think when it comes to all humans matters without prejudice, the U.K. is ahead and showing the world that as a nation we can happily stand together. By no mean am I saying that we still have problems with racism, but it’s very low, thankfully as we understand that everybody matters, and Ms Hammond shows that in her approach to those she meets. You could be a Hollywood superstar, a royal or just the average Joe down the street, she doesn’t care, she will still come at you with much respect and her unique humour. Harrison Ford apparently is known for being a bad interviewee, being difficult and awkward, (honestly I don’t know as I’ve never seen him being interviewed before, and so this one with Alison Hammond was a first for me,) and honestly it was more of a giggle-fest on his part then anything else, and it’s so nice to see an A-lister superstar losing themselves and being so relax. Alison Hammond also has that Princess Diana-factor where she can go into a room and just light it up with a smile and make everyone in her company immediately feel at ease and comfortable with her, and I’m so glad that her notoriety hasn’t changed her one bit, and she comes across as someone who if she befriends you, she’s a loyal friend and confidant for a long time. Us Brits are very proud and love our Brummie Princess

Alison’s fab! She actually I believe was voted out on the first week in big brother so the girls done real good! Ya Brit’s love her because she’s ‘real’ she’s a big character and able to make even the most moody people smile! Glad you guys love her as much 💪🏻
I don't know why comments are disabled for so many of her shows. That crack she made to Ford about "how much" was straight out of our own heads to her mouth. As an edit, I think she's fabulous in the way she disarms her guests and infectiously laughs through the interview, and guests also end up having a good time, it seems.
