When I come up to the mooring I just grab it from the cockpit and tie it off there, then later walk it up to the bow. need to keep going out so you can find all the problems before the big trip.
Good stuff Barry, I was was just reading about Alvor in the pilot today, just as you said, unpredictable strong winds coming out of nowhere :-) Looking forward to seeing the return to the UK :-)
When are you planning to do the return trip. Do you really have to solo? Or is that you want to get a solo under the belt? Good video. I don't like seeing an outboard motor under tow - but thats just me!
