This Adverse possession law is a nonsense. Last year Bangladesh has abolished this Adverse possession . This Adverse possession law should be abolished , it's completely illogical and this law encourage land mafia.

Sir through these essentials of adverse possession, why is supreme court promoting violence? Because now everyone will deliberately commit overt act and then if he is Gunda then he can preclude rightful owner to take any action against him.like lodging FIR u/s (173) of bnssor filling complaint against him before magistrate under section(223) of bnss, Sir please clear my doubt.

Iye india mea justice na mila khavi na aur milega q ki itna section hai kanun mea courts ko vi judgement dena muskil hp gaya aur itna section itna trails hote hote advocate ka fess dete dete justice milega a nehi

It is not about deed or mutation. It is just grabbing adverse possession over 12 years, then law gives right to acquire property to the person, who dispose the real owner, as per sec 27 of Limitation Act.

If owner is in jail for 14 year. And the owner was kicked out of the house and for this he commited murder of one brother.. after that can there family have there house as a owner

अरे भाई जबरदस्ती कब्जा adverse कब्जा नही होता शांति पूर्ण कब्जा नही रहा और किरायदार को पहले मकान मालिक को opanly देना होगा कब्जा देना साबित करना होगा उसके बाद कब्जा करे और फिर adverse कब्जा साबित करे झगड़े से adverse नही होता
