The Most effective way I tried; Imagine you are writing every word you speak during salah. You will not distract for even 1 second in salah if you followed it very strictly.

I pray to Allah one day I can feel the true beauty, peace and connection of Salat. And I hope it's consistent. I have a feeling a lot of worries and problems will go away then. And I hope the same for all of you. We will be called up by our creator on the day of judgement and the first thing asked of us will be how our salat was. Let's pray we pass.

I’ve seen quotes that say that if you are not praying because of laziness that you will have to force yourself because it’s an obligation, not our choice. So a way I tried was to force myself to also concentrate. What I meant by fixing myself was to read every word slowly instead of rushing and read it’s translation beforehand, and when that distraction appears in my mind, I try to get out of that bubble as quick as I can do that distraction doesn’t last the entire Salah.

The way i found for deep attention is to know what you are speaking ❤ Know every translation of Quran you are reciting and your faith and concentration will be at highest.

This is actually a problem for me, not just in Salah, but in basically every act of worship, and instead of unnecessary thoughts it is sinful thoughts and that's why I get stressed and think my life is over. Yes, I know as long as I do not utter it or act upon it, then I am fine, but in my situation, I kind of do act upon it, it is either me letting the thoughts come or when I fight the thoughts more will come and will overwhelm me, and that is why my life is soo difficult... just wait until Ramadan comes : (

Same. I do salah alone. And it's not helping that I don't know what's the translation of Surah im saying. It's frustrating when my mind travel to different directions and I would always TRY to go back and focus. Sometimes i just recite Surah full mental so my mind can only focus on the Surah

I have or had the same problem. Brother or sister. May Allah help you by this Problem. It's Sheytan that sometimes wispers. Stop and don't hear him out. Do your Salah and like he said in the video. "Pray likes it is your last time". If its your last time. You won't think at anything that you've seen today or music that is stuck in your head I guess. We are Muslim. We stand up. So hold on brother or sister. Allahumma salli wa sallim 'alaa nabiyyinaa Muhammad. May Allah guide us all and let us do our prayer properly. Amin. Its been 1 year. In sha Allah you do better today. I hope I could help!!!
