'Colonel' steyn uses the 2hr thing loosely. Theres Zulu time and Real time. Yes you can add 2hrs on an application that uses Zulu time inorder to make that time an actual time. However you can not add 2hr on real time. eg if real time is 10:00, then the application that is on Zulu time should say 08:00, therefore you add 2hr on that Zulu time application to make it real time ie time will be 10:00. Colonel is not knowledgeable just crying for titles instead...
