The problem with Judge Ratha is that he claims to know too much allegedly. I quote "Are you saying I've made a ruling for this application?" But look at what happened eventually he ruled in favour of Baloyis application. Msho says in the event that the court grants. Ratha fumes, throws tantrums and he is in a fit of rage. He becomes uncontrollable like an inferno. This is the guy who claims to listen and not forget. This is pathetic and causes mental anguish.

Citing the constitution was a genius act on her part because she knew that he had already decided on this part, so she was doing it as a basis from which the appellate division must spring. She's gone past Rathaburg, but she is laying the ground for the full bench that must at some point in the future sit down to throw out Ratha 's judgement, and the old galoot knows this but is helpless, can't self correct. Biggest problem with the law/constitution is that judges are not held accountable for thier judgements...a judge can make a deliberate error and be overruled by the higher court without any consequences for that judge!! Im yet to see any judge being prisoned or sued for errors they commited!

The main reason people convert a pdf to excel or Word is so that it can be edited. A pdf document cannot be edited. That's the reason why Steyn converted Pinky 205s to excel in order to edit.
