A long time meditation friend, Bhante once turned and looked at me dead in the eye and said, "The fish is caught, is pulled out of the water. Just laying on the dock in the hot divine sun and..... is pretty much, dying slowly." I didn't truly know what that meant until I watched this video. *tear*
Great talk... Trust is because GOD alone exists..... First become nothing, then everything appears in its own course..... GOD is the nothing inside, and everything outside based on human's experiences....
I'm only half way through listening to this video but I just became compelled to copy here what I wrote in my diary this morning "...Humans and "evolution"...How human life took such an unfortunate turn, probably, 20,000 or so years ago. Whatever events led us to 'stay put' and to agriculture...all the way to this current state of human insanity. Jeezus!, "enlightenment" is just curing oneself of a neurological disorder and returning to the natural state of conciousness. That's all! Not evolution to some higher state of being. More like devolving back to normal human health..." By the way, that's my personal "spiritual" take on reality. My take on "normal human health" can be found by listening to Ken Berry and/or Sten Ekberg here on RU-vid. May we all find liberation from the conditioned mind. Peace ;)
