Oh man I hear yea 100% - Can't stand it when there are a bunch of ads. Especially for guided mediations. The channel isn't even monetized, so I'm guessing RU-vid just does the ads. I'll still try and turn it off if I can.

It is quite annoying, but perhaps the ads can be an opportunity to refocus as in commitment 3?

It is indeed a good one, thank you for posting it. It Is I believe an expansion of a prior guided meditation entitled "The Art of Listening." It would be nice if the ads could be done away with, but I'm not sure how you would do it.

@@gordonrobertson102 Would be nice if RU-vid could at least place the ads at the beginning or end of the videos. But yea the channel isn't monetized, so RU-vid is automatically putting the ads in there ❤
