as a german, this is not what you see on the autobahn, but on the nürburgring and on days with great driving weather. i love japanese cars, like everyone here, but i gotta admit that the 911 shape is the most timeless sportscar shape ever.

i dont know in what corner of germany you are living but here in berlin you wont make it thru a single day without seeing a styled up, tuned to the max porsche unless you sit indoors all day... its not that rare and the nürburgring is more or less meaningless for 90% of the owners... this "as a german" thing doesnt work for any country, you are just one person that sees the same place 75% of their life...

The blue mk2 escort there is a lad from 5 mins down the road. He cut the floor pan out of an Impreza and welded the mk2 body to it with all Impreza running gear and engine etc. Breaks more often than it finishes any rally but he had it for years and years. Not sure if it's been bought by someone else now or if it's still the same lad but cool little story for you 😁

My car, the Honda CRZ isn't far off from the Fit/Jazz. The boot has decent space but when you put down what is supposed to be the back seats(cubicle in the states) there's a good amount of room. I already tested it by fitting a front bumper for an Lexus GX470. Had to put the passenger seat down and almost ruined my stereo but that little thing was able to handle taking a metal front bumper like no problem. Love the CRZ 🤣

A 3.8L 1996 Mustang! :D Even though it's the "eco" one in the U.S. as there's 5.0L versions... but here in Ireland I get looks like I am powering a car on baby seals and whale oil! I have had some very Dublin responses, "Sweet Baby Jaysus, 3.8L!?!? "3.8L, you dont need that to go to Tesco." "3.8L, that'd hit 200kmh!" Little do they know that the 150HP it throws out is mostly in sound. It'll do 100mph, but a red coupe.. The garda AND tax man would be on me if I do half that! I cant wait for it to hit 30 years old!
