That intro music SLAPS! Love it! Awesome review btw, can't wait to buy my own in the next couple weeks(save a few hundred dollars out of two paychecks lol)
They are great air guns never had an issue with my bullpup 50 some other AEA guns I own do have some quirks to say the least lol and thanks for the complement!
I painted mine gloss black and sanded down the forend just like yours. I also sanded down the pistol grip because it was too fat for my small hand. I have now ordered some plasti dip in purple and yellow and gonna do a two tone.
Tight group except for the fliers. I just popped one off in the dirt for the first time. 😂 WOW lots of power. So fun I really have to get some places to shoot. Definitely not like the.30 cal, it put a huge smile on my face. I stuck a 246 grain lucky 7 in. My first time shooting a .50 air rifle.
Hey have you had a chance to do any more testing 50 cal Bullpup with the four washers in it I notice I put the fourth washer in mine and the handle seems to stay back better after it's cocked or before with the three washers when I would go to cocket it wanted to come back forward it seems like now with the fourth washer it locks better into place what do you think I just wish it had a better trigger on it the only two downfalls that I really see the rifle is the trigger in the weight
Gun looks great! I'll be looking forward to defender results. At 4800 psi Mine just dented half inch pine The blowgun darts should be interesting. I think the best thing for the the pistol would be a real hunting tip on the arrows or a lower caliber like we talked about before. Have you had any dud cartridges? Slick new intro and stuff too. Cool viddy man!
thanks dude! i have noticed some of the cartridges leak pretty bad over time. glad you liked the intro lol i just been playing around with editing seeing what i can come up with
She’s beautiful! Brofro it’s been a while? if you’re looking for a Lead free option I found a company that’s willing to make custom pure tin bullets! I gotta ask them to powder coat them tho. also for the darts I would get one or two of the yellow parts and push it onto a fresh one so it’s possibly a little more accurate and make sure the metal doesn’t touch any of the rifling.
Hey sir with everything you have Done to you 50cal can anything be Done to the trigger my 50cal has a really hard Pull on it when I ordered the 50cal that was the only thing I thought would be a Down fall to th air rifle was the trigger and the weight of the air rifle it seems too be made really well I just wish it had a Better trigger on it
I would say polish the trigger components. if you have a local gunsmith they should be able to do it if you dont feel comfortable doing it. I plan on doing this to mine at some point some metal polish sand paper and elbow grease lol
You know the Gun smith's are scared of air guns because they don't know anything about them I can't even get a gunsmith to put a sling stud in one they are scared to touch them so I put my own studs in
@@donwilson350 thats interesting with no air in them they are just as safe. maybe look around try and find someone else backyard gunsmith maybe. if i do it i will make a video and show off how its done. its not to hard i done it with a few of my "Toys" lol
i think i was to close to it =\ i was testing it out with a pistol and it worked great. I didnt think about the rifle being so long 🤣i think it was registering the air coming out the barrel not the projectile. i will give it another shot next video this was my first time using a chrony.
I was thinking that you were too close. I’ve seen the same anomaly happen on other videos where they were attempting to crony the AEA Max style guns at close range like that.
Very nice shooting if you get a chance get ahold of mr. Hollow-point and if you're wanting to deer hunt with that rifle he recommends the 300 grain in 498 or the 495 but he said the 498 fit the barrel Tighter and it gives you more speed and more foot pounds I have the 495 and the 498 for my rifle in 300 grain they really shot good
You know I bought the other slugs that you were showing how bad they are mine looks so bad and deformed I wouldn't even put them in my gun that's terrible how they make bullets like that and you know they're not going to shoot well they don't even make them right
Hey man I'm right there with ya im getting lower readings rn to its not the gun its the air temp outside it lowers air pressure and velocity on a warm day you'll get higher numbers
yeah man i been wanting to go out but this past month its been -20 damn near everyday. I just picked up a ronnin for the .50 have yet to go out an see how it performs. Makes me want to move south i go any farther north and id be drinking maple syrup lol
@@backyardairgunfun462 the weather is no joke. I go out and start touching metal and sitting in wind it takes every ounce of fun out of it. Iam hoping we get a break. I can deal with temps in the 30s but with the wind its a no go lol
