I personally rather use full program, even if the washing machine was even 1/3rd full, because i wanna get out of that washing machine everything it can do and let my clothes wash PROPERLY. Of course, with people like them, its impossible to convince them and i would never let my clothes be washed at someone´s place if they do this kind of thing...
