In Korea there’s something called agyeo (think I wrote wrong) but thats basically someone talking in a baby or cute voice. Or acting like a toddler, whichever you think how they look.
To expand on the above comment: Kim Sejeong had a very viral aegyo moment in the drama SCHOOL 2017, it was a play on the drama FIGHT MY WAY ‘s aegyo scene of the same year, Kim Sejeong just took it up a notch and knocked it out of the park! People had her reenact it quite often afterwards on variety and award shows.
