AER - Just Ask! - e01 - Car replacement, car repair, and government shutdown 

These guys helped me from becoming homeless during the difficult transition from Active Duty to Medically Retired Soldier (I am a disabled veteran) I’m really hoping they are still willing to work with me during this COVID crisis since my credit score has suffered severely and my financial situation has become dire.

I am financially responsible for both my parents, my father got in a horrible accident that has left him disabled, so me and my siblings have had to take their full financial responsibilities. We are currently paying off his debt, and one of them is tied to our family home. But we cannot hold up anymore. Their home is outside of the country and what's left of the loan is at around $40k. Is this a situation where AER can help?
