ohne Schmarn...heute beim nach hause gehen, habe ich exakt so ein Bild im Kopf gehabt. An solchen Bändern zu hängen und damit Dehnungen zu machen. Gerade habe ich eine Home-Yoga Stunde auf RU-vid gemacht und dieses Video wurde mir als nächstes empfohlen. Übermorgen fahre ich nach Wien um meinen Freund zu besuchen. Ich hoffe mal bei euch dabei sein zu können! Das ist wunderbar was ihr macht! Viel Freude dabei :)

I taught myself to do this on the pullup/dip bars at the gym! LOL Everyone looks at me like I am crazy! One person told me that they thought I was going to hit my head! Awesome job!
