Whenever i try the straddle invert, i cant get my knees over my head and hips in the right place before i fall down and land on my butt... Any tips? Should i just muscle-power through or do i need more practice or any tips?
You have to practice more and also develop your abs. Suck your tummy in while inverting. When you are inverted fully, raise your butt towards the hoop. Aim your knees towards your head. Do not use bicep muscle-power. If possible, have a teacher near you, to spot you and provide you guidance.

Hi, Thank you for this amazing video. I have just started practicing aerial hoop. If I would like to buy on the internet an aerial hoop how much should it be the diameter of it for the best practice? I have found different sizes. From 85 cm (around 33,4 inches) to 110 cm (around 43,3 inches). Which one would you recommend? Can I use aerial silk to hook the rigging to the ceiling? Thank you so much
