That Rapid trauma assessment is clutch. We have something similar in combat medic course. Also my biggest gripe with AR in Comps.

Great. Thank you for this. How do you secure a free moving concussion casualty (say casualty is a climber who's fallen out of tree and no longer tied in, at risk of wandering off)? I still wonder how would such a situation is best dealt with.

I would say have someone stay by them until emts get there.
