This video was shot the day after the 6 days of storming stopped. It shows how the flood water from the mountains with wash out debris from the banks of the river dumps into the ocean. The flow of fresh rain water full of mud, wood and rumble keeps separated from the sea water and the rip current carries it along the shore and the waves wash it upon the beaches.
Only within 2 days the water is clear again and during the days that follow the locals will gather the woods for cooking and building , sweep up the rest and burn it and life goes on.
We are a Fil Am couple sharing our lives between living in Texas USA and Panay Island Philippines. We share dealing with two different cultures, building our solid concrete cast in place home beach side and exploring/ seeking new things. We hope you enjoy and join to be a apart of a bigger family here on this channel.
Thank you for being apart of our channel and lives.

OMG that was great video, shows a great view of what happened, and what needs to be done. Thanks for that, really puts in perspective the enormous task but also the sheer resilence of the phillipino people. Good luck and God bless. Thankyou again, we have no idea here.

Superb An excellent overview of storm aftermath. Placement of gaming cages now more critical than ever. The over flight keys in on what needs to be done. Surprisingly or not so surprisingly, the horrendous pile up of debris has an army of salvagers making it disappear, great video! Flying in to Lapu Lapu on 29th. Cheers.

The water reminds me of how the Mississippi flows into the gulf and causes dead zones.

Wow... These are some great shots! Good job on the drone flying! I must say, you must be blessed or something, because since there used to be water and a sand bar out back before, how lucky are you to have the beach coming to you instead of the other way around! Now its right out back!
@TexasFilipino
@TexasFilipino Год назад
Yes I am doing things to try to grow the beach out. The sand is there in those shallows. The waves will bring it up. If you cut the ride tide there it will drop the sand and keep depositing it.

This beach wood debris are natural phenomenon after the onset of typhoon tropical storm due to heavy storm drain from mountains, considering that your beach front is near the sibalom River delta.

Good flight captain James man what a lot of trash & wood dang it Po . That technology of the Drone just blows my mind . It's so cool very good stability and picture Quality bro 👌. I could see the shadow of it when you were landing . It kinda look like a DJI I've been thinking about buying one just for the fun of it Po . Question === What make is that drone and what would you recommend for a good all around fun drone ?? MABUHAY GOD BLESS

Are you allowed to burn off all that trash on the beach? After living 52 years on the Gulf Coast , it is not a matter of if but when you get hit and to what extent....crazy to see all of that and was only a tropical storm. Good luck with clean up, etc..
