Not your usual upload from me, but I have just completed Final Fantasy VII Rebirth and - my word! The music of this game is immense!! I love what they did mixing iconic tracks with one another - it was amazing!!
However, I wanted a pure Aerith's Theme, free form J.E.N.O.V.A. and One Winged Angel. So I took some of the best parts from across the soundtrack to make a piece of music that had the same structure as the original piece from 1997, but with that majestic Rebirth re-working. I present to you, Aerith's Theme Pure.

i liked all of it untill the end. they took all the impact out of the final act. instead of sadness. your just left confused, then you figure it out and youre underwhelmed. if they just left the original part in. then i would have totally agreed with you

@@sergioynarrituortega8475 ngl, I just wish it ended like it did in the OG, the whole added sephiroth segments were just way too much of a good thing. (also, we now got rebirth and remake both doing that big giant sephiroth ending, and we know the 3rd part has to do that no matter what, so we have all 3 parts with a massive sephiroth end boss fight)

@@DarkDyllonI was quite upset they didn’t replicate the iconic scene where Cloud lowers Aeris’ body into the lake outside the temple… she joins the lifestream, the screen goes black… and the game says: *End of Disc 1. Please insert Disc 2*

Going through “the scene” was harder in Rebirth to be honest because my ex-girlfriend took her life in 2022. She was basically my Aeris in the same way she acted and looked. We couldn’t witness the Remake because of COVID… and she couldn’t be here for Rebirth. I miss you so much Natalia 😭

I was just a small kid when this was released, til this day the most heartbreaking moment in a game for me..... Just hearing the song brings back how sad i was as a kid watching aeris die and tou couldnt do anything. Yes i know its aerith, but old school game it was Aeris

@@rhaspados666 ….. maybe ….. kinda losing faith in this theory tho despite the red hue in the eyes in certain shots, we might be over analyzing in that area; cus it does make sense for aerith to help cloud NOT have a breakdown; red xii questions her presence… but questions it nothing concrete so its a really tough call

@Valentien23 I think it's the timing why shows the scene with rufus and glen right before. Also earlier on Aerith tells cloud not to worry about sephiroth she'll handle him and then here she's happy that he's gonna chase him?

@@thatstheway2429 How lifestream works is mentioned in the game here and there. But if you mention versions of a character as independent entity with its own past and origin, then it's not. It's more like the case of superposition. It depends on which side you are observing. Also the character himself is an observer. Cloud at the altar is rejecting the other side of observation.

Imagine If FF7 remake version still run a story pattern like original version (Aerith is gone, no longer talk, laugh, cry......or get angry.) and this theme coming up when Aerith's materia hit the ground. How sorrowful it is. 😭

Cody Christian already stated in a recent interview that he had already recorded those lines (i.e. "Aeris is gone ... she will no longer talk, laugh .." etc). This pivotal scene will be revisited in Part 3, and it'll be just as painful and poignant as the original. While some might not like how this plays out in Rebirth, it's definitely faithful to the plight of Cloud. The whole story of Cloud in FF7 is learning to cope with loss. Now that I've seen how things turned in Rebirth, it's actually more believable than the original story.

!!!SPOILER ALERT!!! @@benn93z28 You may right, But first time I watched Aerith's death scene in rebirth version I'm not feel emotional like original, Cause it's make me really confuse and my brain try to figured it out what happened. (Die? Not die? Ghost? or she jumped into another universe? or just Cloud's imagine?) A left side of my brain was worked hard for analysis the situation and don't have enough space in emotional for the right side. 😅

@@Pirodom This was all intentional. Non-emotional? Check. Confused? Check. Doesn't accept that a certain Ancient is dead? Check. Wait a minute .. that sounds awfully like a certain blond spikey haired guy we've seen before.. They've even broken the fourth wall at the start of Jenova fight where Cloud says "Ok you've done this before". Something an OG FF7 player might say during the battle.

@@BlueMoon56832they’ve done such a great justice to the characters. Cloud, Aerith, Tifa. I love those three. And how much they’ve enhanced Barret has been awesome. I actually like Yuffie this time 😅 Cid feels the most different, but I can’t wait to see what his arc looks like.

@@cloudshines812 I like him a lot, but he’s the one character I don’t think is significant better than the OG. He was always a fav favorite, and I feel like he’s sort of around the same. I think the voice change still gives me mixed feelings. Loved his dynamic with Barret though.
