It shows how discrimination has been going on since decades there are certain area's which are completely look like Europe but most of the places are ugly and india never focused on beautiful architecture and beautiful materials to build these kind of infrastructure..Even recent smart cities look ugly except two cities (Dholera and Gujrat GIFT city)
Mostly cities like up , bihar but not every city as south cities are modern where as northeast preserve their natural beauty and IT hubs like banglore and gurgaon so basically we have modern cities but only some can match international standards
You are wrong I can't praise selective areas of any state or place or the South Indian State as well I know Bangalore is beautiful, Hyderabad is beautiful , Chennai is also beautiful but not every place of these places have such kinda of infrastructure which can compete with western countries (" I know selective places are good but not every corner of these states have beauty and cleanliness" ),nor I will praise any political parties until they focus on beautiful architecture plus beautiful material and ruling government must hire European , Korean or Australian architect firms to build these cities not "local chapri thekadars" although we have more worst states where not even 0.1% of infrastructure is exist like Jharkhand, chhattisgarh, rajasthan, bihar , Uttarakhand, uttar pradesh, arunachal pradesh, Ladakh,Orissa, haryana... even I believe Maharashtra is also undeveloped state of India (despite having good economy than the other states of India) Even Modi ji is mostly focused on foreign policy along with diplomacy , economy building but on the other hand he doesn't want to give attention to " *beautiful cities with beautiful architecture* " I am not saying that we have to copy western countries or build skyscrapers, I want more beautiful cities, towns , villages than western countries have
