I'm confident I could assemble this kit in 3 to 4 days at most ( depending on my motivation lol ) I'm thinking of selling my rigid harley and get one of these. I have a very bad lumbar and cervical spine problems that are forcing me to give up my love for riding and this looks like a suitable replacement
I noticed that the wing fabric has plastic snap clips at the middle. That to me seems structurally pretty unsound. Are there other tie points ? With all said and done this aircraft looks amazing for what it is. My next toy hopefully!!
I have one and i believe its 27 feet and with the engine it should be right near 254 lbs. Depending on the engine but you would be close subtracting 50 lbs.
From what I gather his planes all meet the part 103. 254 pound or below. Some of the engines weight a little to much for some of the add ons. Like wheel skirts
How would figured your ribs and your wings are to be more shape that are just haven't cross members seemed like the shake right wing would perform better
