Hello everyone and welcome to a new video!
Having published the takeoff from Mexico City and the landing at Cancun corresponding to this flight, it is now time for the tripreport!
It was an average domestic flight with Aeromexico. Nothing to highlight other than the seats, that were different than the ones that are usually shown in RU-vid videos. I learned that Aeromexico apparently has some of their 737 MAX 8s configured for domestic flights, and I was assigned one of those. In addition, they have another configuration, with a very nice interior, featuring IFE screens at every seat, that are apparently assigned for international flights. While these are sometimes scheduled in domestic flights as well, it was not my case. Bad luck I guess.
On another note, if you've seen the video until the end, you will have seen the state of one of our bags coming out on the belt. It was very likely during our connection at Mexico City, but it is the airline that needs to take responsibility. The bag had a TSA approved padlock, and it was still destroyed. Then, the solution we were offered by Aeromexico was not good. While the amount might seem like alright, you actually couldn't buy a decent bag for that money in Mexico. Not even in the United States would we have been able to get a bag like the one they ruined for that amount of money. Moreover, using the card we were given with the money was a chaos. I'll probably make a spcific video about this inconvenience sometime in the future. Unfortunately, the situation and their poor handling of the problem somewhat ruined the great two experiences we've had onboard with them.
