SHOT BEFORE LOCKDOWNS. THIS TRIP REPORT IS OF A FLIGHT I TOOK FROM Benito Juárez International Airport, MEXICO CITY, MEXICO (MEX) TO INCHEON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, SEOUL, REPUBLIC OF KOREA (SOUTH KOREA) (ICN). I FLEW BUSINESS CLASS ON THEIR BOEING B787 DREAMLINER SERVICE. IN THIS VIDEO I WILL BE SHOWING THE TERMINAL OF MEXICO CITY AIRPORT, IT’S AERO MEXICO PREMIER LOUNGE AND THE FLIGHT EXPERIENCE. Travelling to Mexico is in my to-do-list. Would love to board this airline with B787 and try its service. Mexico Airport seems to be very spacious and busy as well as happening. Great trip report.

I did MEX-GRU on Aeromexico 797-8 business and MEX-CDG on their 797-9. The 787-9 is much more better

Mexico City airport is very nice. I know that the city is extremely large, but for some reason I thought that the airport would be a mess. I'm pleasantly surprised. I noticed that everyone is wearing coats, is it cold there? The altitude I presume?

The IFE screen at said MTY-ICN. Does the flight make a tech stop? At one time the MEX-NRT flight stopped at TIJ because of hot & high conditions at MEX.

Hello, no there was no technical stop. It was a direct flight from Mexico City to Seoul.

Thank you very much..nice trip report! The product itself is by no means 5 stars in my view. Starting from the lounge seating, the limited and disappointing lounge food to a 2 2 2 seating arrangement..no way. It was also strange they started with the cheese which you normally have at the conclusion of the meal. From what you show this is not an airline I must take..mediocre, but still ok. Big request for future vids: pls show on all vids the menue and the wine list😉

I flew on this flight once and back then they stopped at MTY for about an hour, and received new crews and additional passengers. Thought it was a tech stop as 787-8 didnt have the range to get to Seoul if they took off from MEX, it being high elevation. I guess they found a way to fly direct route now.

Yes it was a direct flight with no technical stops. Don't know what made it possible now. Maybe it was always possible to fly direct and they did the stop to get extra passengers.

I had to spend a night at this terrible airport in Mexico 12 years ago, waiting for my connecting flight to Colombia and I see that it hasn't improved at all. It looks like the lounge is not much better.

The flightaware track on other days notes the TOD over DLC (Dalian) where I used to live and work and southerly approach then easterly after avoiding perimeters of North Korea. A friend who is ex Qantas and flies 777s for KE told me the same. Safe travels
