Very different experience from what I had on board the 787-9. Also I really don't like when the crew locks the 787 windows. I always make a complain on the survey they send after the flight. If the crew seems open, I try to ask, doesn't always work.

Yes the locking of the windows is annoying. Far better passenger comfort experience on the 787-9 on AM.

Now that you mention it; yes. I have seen it on other AM flights but for me still nice to have a physical menu.
