Victor Tomilin, the owner of a small aeronautics business, is trying to sell his favorite company because it brings almost no income. Everything changes when a young pilot Dima applies for a job. He brings dynamics, mischief, and a bit of madness to the calm rhythm of aeronautics, which attracts more and more customers to the business. This pleases Tomilin but irritates another pilot of the team Oksana. Oksana considers Dima careless and reckless. And Dima considers Oksana nerdy for following the rules obsessively. Nevertheless, the aeronauts conquer the sky again and again, face oddities, solve overwhelming tasks. It allows them to get to know each other for real and go from hatred to love.
