A definite step in the right direction, adding another tune from "Wings". Now they need to add more from 'Rocks" and play "Draw the Line" and "Mama Kin".
So interesting that Brad was playing it without a pick. Did he drop it? Does he always play that song without a pick? Is he on a wicked Jeff Beck kick lately and going pickless all together? It also looked like he was having trouble hearing himself or getting the right tone or something by the way he was playing with the knobs. I wish I could ask him!
our first Aerosmith experience during the Get Your Wings tour in Youngstown,Ohio of all places. Joe had a wide brim and pin-stripped suit on . They entered playing Helter-Skelter. Bad Boys from Boston.
Another great front row seat by Toshi. I'll be seeing them next month in Tampa. I have yet to see JP on LBK but saw Brian Johnson downtown about six months ago.
@StevenTyler887 Beat it hoser! I know Doug "Make it Happen" Halpin ! Do you? He would never allow Mr. Tyler to have a channel like this! You are NOT Steven Tyler. I spoke to Doug several hours ago about you posing as Mr. Tyler. Sometime tomorrow you will likely be removed from service and may face legal action. Doug does not play around! Sadly, you picked the wrong person to fool with. I am well connected to Aerosmith!!!
@@joeygavadeels2784 The audio was not great. Admittedly, I was toward the back of the house. But it was hard to hear when Stephen was talking and the songs sounded meh. The visual was great. But wish they put more $ in the audio system
The whole band is on fire all of you! Most people at your age can't walk this is the way to stay Young and take us back to our past lives. I have to call Google on Monday because they are blocking me block the comment you sent me which was the very first one I will solve this problem. Please stay healthy all of you! Your show is always an extravaganza which makes it all that much more fun you just don't stand there and sing songs you all include each other if this goes through when you asked me to call Joe the clothing line? If so I will call him I sent you messages I haven't heard back but something is wrong with my phone and I will straighten it out with Google. I wasn't in business for as long as I was not to sell something like this. Let me know if this goes through please. just say yes
Sounds great, but I can tell Joey isn’t on the drums. Just doesn’t have the same warm, smooth groove that Kramer lays down. Unfortunate he's not able to tour with the guys. No doubt they miss him.
Im glad i saw them in 88 with a young GNR opening. Before all the pop songs about crying, crazy, angels and closing their eyes. I'll hang on to that memory of hearing lord of the thighs and last child live.
You're right Timothy. I saw them in Philly the Saturday before. They didn't do Train although it would've been a fitting tribute when Perry brought out the late Jeff Beck's white Stratocaster. I was waiting for it, but it never happened. Still trying to figure out why they did a Fleetwood Mac song with Joe Perry singing it. That was an abysmal failure. Would've much rather heard Last Child or Kings & Queens instead of that one. They had sound problems in Philly throughout the night. Tyler was getting pissed. Ugh.
This is more of an issue of Toshi's location than the live mix. A lot of the sound you hear is coming from Joe's monitors when you are that close to his side of the stage. While it's great to be down front, the best sound is not there. Look at where the mixing table is set up, that's where the mix sounds the best.
Your right Barry. I was at the Philly show the Saturday before and i didn't sit up front and they had sound issues quite a few times. Tyler's mic was up too high. When he talked to the audience some of it was garbled. Perry's amp was too high sometimes drowning out Tyler. Tyler was noticeably getting pissed motioning for them to turn it down. At one point he told the sound guy to "Come up here & fix it" for the whole audience to hear. The Philly show was good but not great!
