Yes. I do it too. And so do many right handed players. Its a tribute to Hendrix. Hendrix was left handed and he played a right handed Stratocaster upside down. So many many right handed players get a left handed Stratocaster and play it upside down as a tribute to Jimi.
It is strung right handed though. It gives it a cool sound since the pickups are also reversed. The strings are over the wrong parts of the pickups, so the voice of the guitar slightly changes and it gives it a unique sound.
