Iove the airox mate was my first moped I’m in the uk and Something like your first build got about 70 miles an hour out of it was quite a fast little bike till it blew up twice but still loved it rebuilt it then sold it and then it blew up again that’s why we love these things out

man, you're making me remember when i was 14. I tried a full MHR Malaguti XSM and it was a life changing experience! When the owner told me "don't change gear before 15k rpm" i was like WTF :D The torque of a 2stroke, even if it's a small cilinder, always gets me!

So cool seeing scooter videos now too❤️💯 I’m a car guy myself and just grabbed a scooter project myself😂 Those rc1’s are no joke! And I know you mentions Lectron carbs, but maybe consider looking into a Smart Carb! They seem pretty trick and no keys needed!

Been in the process of tunning my Derbi GP1 / RC1 for the past few months and seeing very similar numbers. I Would too also like to try out the Lectron or even smartcarb to try to get even more out of it. Right now im running the keihin 35 airstriker. Starts getting into some dangerous speeds for a scooter. Thing rips, no joke.

I have many interest but something i would like to see is you and carla race some go karts on a little fun track. Sammits video had me going when he was at that little track it was awesome. Amazing build! Nice job! I also build and tune scooters. I just point want to point something out quick, when on the dyno, you’re meant to be sitting on the bike to create weight and resistance to the engine. The bike will naturally Rev quicker and give you a higher top speed when it’s on its own weight Just thought I’d point it out! But once again! Fantastic build

No I now have a two-stroke banshee and it is incredible it’s tuned up I’ve got a fully rebuilt engine and it’s fully built so all fully forged and stuff and is running some mad power I also have a raptor with an R1 engine in it with over 200 BHP and it’s over 200 mile an hour quad which is insane and also have the little bikes to I have some little two-stroke mopeds like yourself which are fully tuned up and fully built drag bikes

hey jack the malossi is for the race track, therefore it has a lot of torque as for the 2fast, if you want a drag cylinder, then choose roost havoc 100cc, and one another thing is the vaio belt, that is coming their or kig, is two short, I use the malossi M618779 fits perfectly, if you want a larger carburetor, could you buy a polini p.r.e 100cc intake, it fits 34mm carb and it fits perfectly with the vl18 malossi reed. and I do not hate your videos :( sometimes my adhd / aspergers kicks in

You should take the oil tank away and run straight 2 stroke mix in the gas tank will run much better

You should tune a Gilera Runner 180 2T, if you could get 30hp out of an Aerox theres no telling what you could do to a 180 😁

Hey, Jack. I really appreciate the scooter videos. Any chance you could go more into detail with the tuning specifics? You said your initial fuel mixture was oil rich. What ratio did you start with and what are you going to move with? Also, did you change the jetting before the initial pull, or did the jets that came with the carb start off rich enough to be safe? Looking forward to what's next with this project!
