It's like when people told Dreamcatcher to stop doing rock based songs and that they were "too noisy" and the should do a more "convensional" sound but they said fuck it and released songs like Good Night, Piri and Endless Night which are heavy rock influenced lol
I love how Winter always puts that extra growl in her lines. When she says I am Savage in second verse. Even in Next Level when she says come on and next level. It sounds so satisfying.

Aespa is the future of MUSIC not just k-pop and if anyone disagrees argue with the wall. No one does it like them right now. They kinda remind me of 2ne1 in that sense because they where breaking stereotypes and music conventions of their time and that's what Aespa does now too! I don't know if I can survive the album
I honestly love the instrumental, it's so original and badass, and I love the whole first part of the song but idk the last part was just so overwhelming for me with the adlibs. BUT WHEN I HEARD THE EP. BRUH BYYYYYE. THATS SOME QUALITY SHIT. Fifi I'm 100% sure you're gonna LOVE it. Sm never disappoint with their besides!
I really like the mini album! I love how pretty much any song that SM does in general, switches up, has new styles and beats in the middle of the songs. Creating songs with multiple styles and sounds in one song is kind of SM signature thing.
I really like this song. Just like you, I keep on repeating the song because it really captured my attention. It's like a combination of a lot of genres.
The production is so mesmerizing that not every ear has the musical ability to appreciate it. I have to watch musicians like FiFi who do justice to SM and aespa's genius.

The song itself is ok for me but that prechorus!!! It made the song for me. We finally get to see their dance skills here. Awesome music video. I just wish SM producers focussed more on giving their artists quality raps rather than fitting all their lore vocabulary and random English phrases. Cos they are so talented in rapping as well I just wish they were given more opportunities to show it

When they debuted the problem I had was kinda with what you mentioned in the start of the video, I felt like sm didn't give them a proper song to display all of their talents individually (that's kinda what I thought about next level as well, now I want to re listen to both just because I feel like I would really dig it now), but holy shit did this deliver.. I had no idea Giselle's flow was that powerful and solid, and Winter's growl at some of her vocal parts was intense and I loved it, they all went the fuck OFF lets be honest here. This was quite the bday present for me.. wowie

THIS. IS. GISELLE'S. ERA. NO ONE CAN TELL ME OTHERWISE. SHE GOES OFF ON EVERY FUCKING TRACKKKKKKKKKKKKKK. First off they gave Giselle the fucking rap verses and screentime she deserved forever. It's that power girl crush concept that I vibe super hard with and the nasty ass bass line. The video is a touch on the kitschy cheesy end but like, fuck it. GISELLE GETTING THE RECOGNITION SHE DESERVES. The rap verses overall between Karina and Giselle were NASTY. Also we finally got to see all 4 of their AI. And I was ALL FOR THE SAILOR MOON TRANSFORMATIONS during the bridge because its one of my favorite old school animes, though admittedly it's a slightly strange sound transition from the chorus and verses, but I feel like that's what Aespa is becoming known for xD. Savage went hard as fuck though and I'm here for it. I can tell there's probably people who are gonna be like "What the fuck is this sound transition from the chorus to bridge?" And like yeah it's a weird transition, but like dude...It works for them. I appreciate that you love so much of the musical intricacies, the choreo intricacies are JUST NASTY. The finger/head ticking at the start of the second chorus is just...BROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Karina's tutting during the second half of the bridge made me stank face my computer screen SO HARD I was like MAAAAAAAAAA'AAAAAAAAAAM EXCUSE ME. I have to wonder if SM had Habstrakt work on this after he did the remix of "Next Level" or if he had artists like Nitro Fun/Tokyo Machine anyone like work on any part of the album.
